Our guests have spoken, and the winning theme for our next wine supper is "Local Country Foods." As we settle in to our new home at The Manor Tavern, the menu will focus on updated dishes we lovingly call "MODERN COUNTRY CUISINE" which will be added as permanent fixtures on the Tavern’s dinner and lunch menus debuting in late November. (Think: Traditional Country Fare with an elevated Chef's Expressions twist!) We will also be pairing the dishes with Local wines hand selected by Chef Jerry Edwards CPCE Local Winemaker Rob Deford of Boordy Vineyards will be there to discuss local wine making.
