Beer Can Chicken


1- 3.75 lb chicken, rinsed and patted dry, then rub with olive oil, then coat in dry rub


> Rub

> 2 T. Poultry seasoning

> 1T. Cumin

> 1T. Dried oregano

> 1t. Cayenne

> 1T. Garlic powder

> 1T. Onion powder

> 1T. Kosher salt

> 1/2T. Fresh ground black pepper


> 3/4 can of natty boh( drink other 1/4)


> Heat grill to medium heat, place bird on can on stand and grill with lid closed for 40mins- 1 hour. Confirm bird is cooked to 165*F. Enjoy
